How do I share a trip or invite collaborators?
From a trip view, use the share option to invite collaborators by email or create a public link. Collaborators are the safer option for specific people because access is role-based. Public links are read-only and can be disabled or allowed to expire.
What does a shared link expose?
A public link can show the trip title, destination, dates, traveler count, and the shared day-by-day itinerary view. It does not include private notes, imported documents, expenses, exact addresses, or exact coordinates.
Who can see my trip data?
By default, your trip stays private to your account. Other people can see it only if you invite them as collaborators or if you create a public link. Collaborator access is role-based, and public links remain accessible until they expire or you disable them.
