Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and Changes

Goyondo is operated from Singapore. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Goyondo website, applications, and related services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated via the Service or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. In Singapore, the age of majority is 18. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Account and Registration

Certain features require registration. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or breach of security.

4. Description of the Service

Goyondo provides an AI-powered travel planning platform. The Service may include destination inspiration, itinerary creation and editing, maps, trip sharing and collaboration, trends and analytics, and related tools. We may add, change, or discontinue features at any time. The Service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or third-party rights; (b) upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (c) impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation; (d) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts; (e) interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; (f) scrape, mine, or use automated means to access the Service without permission; or (g) use the Service for any purpose that competes with or undermines Goyondo.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you have violated these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

6. Agent and API Use

Goyondo provides an API and agent integration layer that allows AI agents and automated systems to act on behalf of authenticated users. Use of the API and any associated API keys is subject to these Terms in addition to any developer documentation we publish.

You are responsible for all actions taken by agents or automated systems operating under your account or API key, regardless of whether those actions were initiated by you directly. You must not use the API or agents to: (a) attempt to manipulate, override, or circumvent the intended behaviour of Goyondo's systems through adversarial inputs, including but not limited to prompt injection attacks; (b) interfere with other users' data, accounts, or trips without their explicit consent; (c) submit malicious, deceptive, or harmful content through any automated or programmatic interface; (d) exceed authorised scopes or attempt to escalate privileges beyond those granted at key issuance; or (e) use agents or automated systems to conduct any activity that would otherwise violate these Terms if performed by a human user.

Violations of this section — including intentional prompt injection, unauthorised data access, or use of agents to cause harm to other users or to Goyondo's infrastructure — will result in immediate termination of your account and all associated API keys. We reserve the right to pursue civil and/or criminal legal action where permitted by applicable law, including but not limited to claims under Singapore's Computer Misuse Act (Cap. 50A) and relevant data protection legislation.

7. AI Disclosure

Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate suggestions, itineraries, and other content. You interact with automated systems, not human operators, for such content. AI-generated output may contain errors or inaccuracies. Always verify important travel details (e.g. bookings, hours, regulations) with official or primary sources.

8. Intellectual Property and User Content

The Service and its content (excluding your User Content), including but not limited to software, design, text, graphics, and logos, are owned by Goyondo or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you upload or create (“User Content”). You grant Goyondo a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, transferable, sublicensable license to use, store, display, reproduce, and modify your User Content as necessary to provide, operate, and improve the Service. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate these Terms or any third-party rights.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate or link to third-party services (e.g. authentication, maps, analytics, hosting). Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services. We are not responsible for bookings, payments, or other transactions you conduct with travel providers or other third parties.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT CONTENT (INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT) WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOYONDO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED SINGAPORE DOLLARS (SGD 100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in such jurisdictions, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goyondo and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees and expenses) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Provisions that by their nature should survive (including Sections 7–11 and this Section 12) will survive termination.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.

16. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such collection and use. Where applicable, we handle personal data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA) and other applicable data protection laws. If we publish a Privacy Policy, it will be linked from the footer of the site and from this page.
